ImageFrom the 1961 Operation Coffee Cup Campaign against Socialized Medicine as proposed by the Democrats, then a private citizen Ronald Reagan Speaks out against socialized medicine.  His words, from history, could not be more on point today than if he had just spoken them.  "One of the these days, you and I, are going to spend our sunset years telling our children, and our children’s children, what it was once like in America when men were free.” Ronald Reagan – 1961

ImageI came across this recently and find it to be an indispesibly usefull utiity.  Aside from offering a number of great options for file copying operations (local or network) the application is multi threaded so files are not limited to  a linear progression of one file at a time.

Check it out, I am certain you will find it very usefull.  You can find RichCopy through Microsoft here.

Wall Street greed? Try government meddling...

ImageWhatever your place is on the political spectrum, whatever your ideological or party affiliation all of us in the United States have to be aware of the ongoing financial crisis and the reasons for how it came to pass.

As our 'leaders' work on a 'solution' and you listen to the talking heads and political pundits talk about what is needed and what the plan entails keep in mind how many took the opportunity of the crisis to dismiss free markets and let off the hook the very government agencies and regulators that brought us this mess.  As you consider your vote listen to your candidate and see if they asses properly the meddling of government in business as the root cause of the problem or not.  If we do make it through this potential disaster it will only be a meaningful reprieve so long as we learn the lessons of a government that has grown too big and too involved with far too many aspects of all our lives.
